Introspection, for a writer, can fester into the block that you are describing. However, you seem to have multiple subjects in mind, from which to choose, rather than the plight of those who can't come up with any. 'Do your best and leave the rest to be composed another day. Well done.

this tell exactly the story of t he poet who sometimes does not know what to write about, but with pen in hand and trust in God always finds something interesting to write .You did find a great poem with lots to say

This is a lovely poem. I like the way you handled your "writer's block." I hope you write something sweet and light - the tone gets heavy around Halloween.
