That's a cute poem, I liked it very much. I noticed it flowed very well and it rhymed! Such a relief from all the sad poems we read every day. Children would enjoy it I know.

A lovely story and one I have experienced many times over when my children when they said they were bored. Just love camping and all your beautiful phrases brought it all back.
Perfect meter and rhyme. The tale bounced along with fast pace and a jaunty beat. A delightful children's poem, yet equally enjoyable for adults. I would enjoy reading this to my children (except they are grown up) and it would have been a much repeated favorite. I will have to save it for the grandchildren now. The alliteration in the names just makes it that much more fun.
Fine work and I have enjoyed with great pleasure.

Nothing big maybe just a long nose twitch from Reggie the Rat or Mollie Mole's tiny eyes...Just so each character is individualized, but I'm sure you don't need it because you will have beautiful illustrations.
