Roy, this juxtaposition of the pen and sword is compelling...With your poet
pen and pious notes a clear picture of rebirth from the mighty pen verses
death and destruction literally from the sharp sword...Whereas the pen can be used as a flexible weapon: to heal, will or kill. The sword can be used to threaten, maim or kill. It is so obvious to see via your write the more positive options provided by the pen. teafor2

The pen is mightier than the sword, the classic line from Bulwer-Lytton's play.
