Very well written tribute. I knew nothing of Carol but the Brady Bunch, which I've never seen a single episode.
It's probably a shame that during her prime, she didn't make a record, cu an album.

Wow, I had no idea about the talents of Florence Henderson in addition to acting and singing, she was a cook, a host, and apparently really was like a mom to her TV kids. Thank you for as sharing!

I watched the Brady Bunch back in the day and sometimes now if my wife comes across it.
I remember her well and also on Dancing With The Stars.
You also wrote quite a bit of her life which I never knew.

As a toddler, my daughter identified with the Brady Bunch children and watched every episode. As she grew up, she watched the reruns. Florence Henderson lived a varied, active, and productive life. Thank you for listing all her accomplishments and writing this tribute.

A bit of wonderful nostalgia, Harry, when people were truly actors and cared about what they did....not this crazy fluff that they call television any more. I appreciate learning more of her background besides the Brady Bunch. Awesome job!

I drove my mother crazy because I had to watch the Brady Bunch and I think of Florence as Mrs. Brady, like so many others. Your biography of her is interesting, I was not aware of her other accomplishments except I knew she was a singer. Excellent writing here that holds the reader's interest. She lived a very active life.
