what you mean about writing. It is cathartic and healing. It helps you vent to more people than you could otherwise. You will be in my prayers.

This poem called "My Cornea Disease" makes this reader sorry about such a traumatic thing going on. Sending prayers your way. My uncle has had about three cornea transplants due to being stabbed in the eye by a little boy when he was also little. They don't always work out even in the best of situations.

Hi Crystie, oooh, I can feel your uncle's pain going through this as the scratch seems much like mine. They say my scratch was like a knife with three infections, and that is why it won'f heal. I appreciate the reality of what you are saying, and I have to face that it may never happen. I guess there are worse things in the world than going through blindness. It would be worse to never know the kind of friends like you that I have here. I honestly mean that.

Best of luck and prayers for your recovery. That is a bit scary. I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye once, there is still a scar, but it has healed up and my vision is good. Hope you get your sight back. estory

Hi estory, you are a dear friend. Anything with the eye is so touchy and I hope that you got that out and it didn't cause a lot of damage. That is scary too.

OMGosh, Tom, you dear and wonderful friend. I wondered if this wasn't a bad idea to post about this, but after a long six months of horrific treatment, the last one was too much to take. And then after receiving so many people asking how it was going and so many prayers in my PMs. I thought it was time.

Hi Wonderful You, sorry for the late review...I'm back babysitting...and it takes up a lot of my time...the baby I
babysit...and have sense she was first born...was 3 on Wednesday...she has Epilepsy...I was going to cut my hours this year babysitting...but I can't walk away from her...who ever watches her has to stay by her side...you never know when she will fall to the floor...they have a head cap for her...but you have to be right there to catch her...or she will hit her face...I guess being with her from birth...I know what to look for...I love her heart and soul...all she can say is MOON...so I learned how to sign it...so I can teach it to her...I pray for her everyday...and ask others to pray for her as well...
I keep you in my prayers...and pray
the day will come...and you will be pain free...and your eyes will be healed...love you my beautiful friend...

Oh Linda, I miss young children so much that my heart aches to see one or hear of one just like right now hearing about your little one. I am in love with her and I don't even know her. Good for you. I was hospitalized 10 days with it and my Father-in-law died while I was in the hospital too. Take Care Sweet Lady. Be praying for you.

I am so sorry for what you went through with covid. How horrible for you and your family. We had much the same when we lost a few loved ones too. Including a good friend, our pastor and a few relatives.
Yes, that was the start to this, but it was when I badly scratched an already badly infected cornea is when it got dangerous. I have been doctoring it big-time since and it just keeps getting worse. Thank you again, for your compassion.
