When I came to FanStory, I was a want-to-be writer looking for feedback and camaraderie. Nearly three years later, I have written nearly 200 shorts, essays, and poems. More importantly, I've become a better writer and I have friends who inspire and encourage me. That's what FanStory has done for me.

This is terrific and I got a charge out of the artwork. Yes FanStory is certainly a wellspring of friends and new ways.

Just one thing you have 21 syllables, but I'm confident you will find that cheeky sod and eradicate it immediately.

We're glad you're here and making new friends. Fanstory was a blessing during the pandemic when we couldn't go out and couldn't visit family. But we could write and share with each other here.

This place has quirks to be sure. But it is my lifeline. You will find petty people and weird rules wherever you go, so don't look for perfection and you will be much happier.That is my theory anyway. Karen
