Oh wow, Rhonda, thank you so very much. This means a lot to me, especially after all you have done for us already. Thank you for this wonderful review, words for this poem for Glen and for the six stars.

Which makes it so much harder for me to tell you that from when you did mine and I book cased it to give you a six today, well I was following the posts done for me in order and when I started to do yours, I realized that I had run out. So I need to ask for you to wait another week. I feel horrible about it, but I will be back and you will be first in line. The way it was,, I had just given the last couple five stars because I feared I would be in the red with sixes for a long time. LOL. Just kidding. Yours is worth a six and you will get one. Just was trying to be fair. I truly apologize.

This is an exquisite poem to Glen reminiscing over the past fifty years. I remember my own first month of marriage being like playing house. I especially like the verse about no clue about life with a spouse.

Hi Debi,
First of all congratulations on your 50th Wedding Anniversary. This poem tells your journey which starts the same as every marriage. I don't think anyone really knows what it means to be husband and wife when the say, "I do".
The rhyming couplets seem to go with each stage of the relationship. The rhymes are smooth and unforced.

I did have a few friends who lived together so they knew what it was like to live with the same as a spouse when they got married. Y'know? I am glad we never did that.

Hey there, my sweet Nomi. This is the most wonderful review and kindest words I have ever heard from you. And you are always the best.
I am out of nomination votes right now but you are first when they restore in June.

I love that we both married so close together and that we both have such wonderful marriages. After all, it says something about the way we were raised. Actually I am being serious. We get along so well, like brother and sister for a reason. Because we have so much in common and I believe that is why we are so close like siblings. For that I am so thankful.
