On my bucket list is to see the Aurora Borealis. I have heard how gorgeous it is. I've also heard one needs to be in the right place at the right time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful contest entry with us. I didn't find anything that needs to be corrected. Good luck with the contest.

Aurora borealis is definitely a sight to behold, Debi. It is so true that they do dance across the sky. The picture was great and the one video was priceless. Your words hit it spot on. Good luck wishes regarding the contest entry. Blessings n Hugs!!!

The photo is beautiful! I'd love to see the aurora. We sometimes get colors in the sky, but not the dance. I like the personification you used in this Dribble. Best wishes in the contest, and have a blessed rest of the week. Carol

This was a lovely way to personify the appearance and then the disappearance of the Aurora Borealis. I'd hope to see that when we went to Alaska, but we saw it only in a video. I hope this does well in the contest.

Your description of the aurora borealis is almost as spectacular as the actual lights. Your personification of Aurora dancing across the sky with scarves of pink and red is poetic and expressive. The beautiful picture taken from your son's home helps accentuate your description. Best wishes in the contest.

The Northern lights are beyond anyone's imagination. They definitely were a sight to be seen this year. When the sky is lit up and displays this unbelievable view, we know that God's handiwork has worked again. Like your short story.

Your contest entry was well thought out, Debi. The picture
is outstanding. What an awesome sight to be able to see
the Northern Lights from your backyard (and your son's).
I loved the personification of the lights. Yes, Aurora was
dancing for all to see as she shed layers of clothes and
accessories. I would believe that would've been a mesmerizing
sight. Those lights never make it this far south.
Thanks for sharing and best wishes in the contest, Jan

I remember standing guard duty in 1963, in North Dakota. I had not been forewarned and I was on the verge of freaking out when an acquaintance seeing my growing distress, calmed me down by explaining that what I was seeing were the Northern lights, a natural phenomenon. It was an awe inspiring experience I will never forget.

The photo was spectacular. I have never seen this phenomenon. But if pictures are any indication of its miraculous beauty, it must be like a moment with God. I do get to see the sunrise over the ocean and though not quite as dramatic, it can knock your socks off. The sky is amazing. Like a big canvas that gets painted over and over and left on display. Beautiful imagery. Gretchen

Such a beauty in short dribble flash. Your descriptions take me to a view I dearly miss. My best view was from Maritime Canada where the seaside is not peppered with condominiums and the night sky seems to touch the earth. Magnificent writing, my friend! My last six goes over your sky.
Sending you my very best today as always, and my very best wishes for the upcoming contest.
