Ih, nio. That isn't what I meant. My words are praising the use of descriptive words such that readers could see a piture in their minds if no picture had been included. I can see the picture. 😊🐈⬛

That's a beautiful memory. I am always impressed to read about parents spending time with their children that way. Great way to spend time to pass on wisdom from generation to generation.

Your poem reads and flows well and has good imagery within.
I especially liked:
Pa's rugged hand rests gently on my back as he
watches intently at my fishing line, stirring in
the ebb and flow of the whisper
(Good descriptive writing. I can see it..)
Beautiful photo choice. I think we all would love to live in such a place.

This sure makes me nostalgic for the simpler times. Children are learning horrible behavior because of social networking.
