Oh, I'm so annoyed that evil Norman has managed to be this successful thus far. Rudy, Rudy--where the hell are you? And I'm really angry about the kick to Kip.
I hope Cathy's going to show some ingenuity.

Norman is a crafty devil, for sure. I hope Cathy doesn't flip out before Rudy can get there. She must be scared beyond words.

Well, Norman's got her now, but he really doesn't know what to do with her. He is also really stupid. Nobody would believe that "three months" line. If Cathy doesn't do what he wants, she's dead. All she can do is play for time.
I enjoyed this read and couldn't find anything to criticize.

Well, Norman's got her now, but he really doesn't know what to do with her. He is also really stupid. Nobody would believe that "three months" line. If Cathy doesn't do what he wants, she's dead. All she can do is play for time.

This has the added suspense of a blind woman in a stranged apartments with an irrational man. I don't know anything about seeing eye dogs, but I have trouble believing Kip would continue to let Norman abuse him.

You're right about that. Kip is sulking now because in her mind, he was mean to her. Wait until Rudy gets back and see what's going to happen.

Norman has made a huge blunder here. If I'm not badly mistaken, Cricket is the one with the super nose and I'd be surprised if she doesn't make an apperance shortly to sniff out the path next door. From there, the manager should have enough information to track them across the street. Very well done.
