A beautiful post. It takes me back to my childhood. I had a brother who suffered epilepsy for more than twenty years. He taught me many lessons, acceptance, faith in God and gratitude, for the most wonderful parents. I hope your little girl brings you as much joy as my brother brought to our family.

I so sorry your brother had to suffer
with Epilepsy for so many years...but I
am grateful your parents were there for
you both...it's an awful thing to go through...
it tears my heart out watching this little baby
have seizures...and all I can do is hold her...
the new doctor she has says there is a chance
she could out grow it...but I know she needs prayer
to help her heal...it's in God's hands...

said there is a chance it will stop...it's all in God's

a powerful poem about a very sad event seeing your child develop epilepsy
and fits. I read years ago that cannabis products have been used to good effect in these cases you might want to explore that with the doctors

Dear Linda, what a beautiful little girl whose story you convey so emotively here! She certainly sounds a little trooper and I love her will to run and play as soon as her fatigue wears off. This in turn is a double-edged sword because she is then so susceptible to accidents. The positive side in this is that her doctor is a pediatric specialist in this condition so she is obviously receiving excellent care. My prayers and best wishes. Debbie

Hi Debbie, she is susceptible to accidents...
about 5 weeks ago she had a seizure and broke
her arm...I tell her parents that it's no ones fault...
we always keep and eye on her...but she can
fall anytime...
I'm so happy they found this doctor...he has a positive
attitude...and believes she may one day grow out of it...
and I believe God/Jesus will heal her...

when i was 8 year old i use to have seizure. i had seizure for a couple of years. i use to be sleeping and wake up crying. when i woke up i didn't realize i was crying. luckily after a couple of years the seizure went away. i pray for eva and hope her happiness in life. your poem was a heartfelt poem. thanks for the read.

Hi Sir, Thank You so much for your words...
the first 4 doctors didn't hold much hope of
Eva ever stopping the seizures...but this new doctor
told her parents there is a chance they would stop...
I'm so sorry you had to go through that...when Eva first comes
out of a seizure...it's like she's lost...sometimes crying...
I'm so grateful to God yours are gone now...Thank You sooo

I praise you and thank you that she has the care that she's getting and I do hope that she will be healthy and normal in a very short order.
