I could really feel the tension in this chapter, Carol. The emotion really came through in the beginning and I really felt for Jenna as she discovered she was pregnant. Now I want to know what she is going to do next. Another excellent chapter, I really enjoyed it.

Jenna is going to have so many mixed emotions because of her past, the present, and what's developing in the future... Tension is going to be high. Thank you for enjoying this chapter, Jacob.

I wondered if the baby could be Donatelli's, or the rapist's. Things are heating up between Donatelli and Garth - once more, and the beating D has had is not looking good for him. The judge certainly wields a lot of power. Impressive and dramatic chapter!

That's a good question... but of course, Jenna's mind is currently focused in one place. And Donatelli will be making quite a stir too. the Judge is a horrible man with his finger on the pulse of revenge.

Where's Eleanor? I'm counting on her to be Donatelli's guardian angel and of course, Jenna's guardian, too. I think she has to make a quick appearance before drug takes effect!

The Judge knew what he was doing when he took Margaret's life first and in such a horrible way with Eleanor not being able to save her sister. It's thrown her off her game a little even though she's not quite aware of it. Hopefully she pulls it together soon.

I'm glad Donatelli is still alive, at least before he starts driving again. That was a rough way to deal with his jealousy. Doyle is despicable; I guess he really does have a plan to take down everyone responsible for his being in prison. Good chapter. Hugs. Carol

Doyle definitely does have a plan and soon everyone's going to be feeling it... It's not going to be pretty. Thanks so much, Carol for the review and your kindness.

Am I reading, or watching a Netflix series? Carol. There is so much going on that's tweaking the imagination, that it's impossible to relax and enjoy a moment. The relationship between Jenna and Matthew is ruined, and Matthew has been set up by Doyle to be the next one to suffer some type of loss. You're only on Chapter 6, and so much has already happened. Plus, there's no way to guess where you're taking us next. We'll just have to wait and see.

I've got chapter 7 sitting here....I've had two people tell me to start posting two a day... because I am going to be gone for two weeks in N.C. trying to write on the road. I just know you are going to love-hate what's happening.

I would have guessed that Danni knew Matthew will enough that she would have come to his aid, knowing he was going to do something stupid. I can't wait to read more.

She just figured he was mad about something and would be fine after blowing off steam, It's hard to keep up with Donatelli's fits at times.

You are right, things are getting interesting, and isn't it sad how innocent consoling can be seen and completely misinterpreted. There lies the tragedy of so many failed relationships.
Great fight and I am looking forward tot he next installment.

Oh and the next chapter should be a doozy! It's ready to be posted...How ar you about reading more than one a day. I've been asked to post faster (2 a day) by some and others say they can't keep up...but they do have four days when I post. Thoughts?

I am happy with a chapter a day, but can manage more sometimes. Myself, I am posting a chapter a day of my book as I tend to write around 4 chapters a week and don't want to catch up too fast to where I am writing now.

Well Matthew really got himself into a mess by taking off in a jealous huff without finding out the truth of what was happening first. You sure know how to take us through our emotions! Poor Jenna!

Poor Jenna and poor Matthew...the ride is just beginning and I can tell you it's not good. Happy reading! Question - one or two chapters a day?

For me it would be one. I have a lot of trouble keeping up with more than that.

Okay, thanks...I'm not sure I could keep up with two a day because my son has tests this week end and the beginning of the next and then on the 16th I leave for N.C. where I will try to write while the girls are in school. Oh fun!

Carol,

Oh my how you twist a tale. I am loving this story more and more. You are so brilliant!!! Aha, I knew Jenna was pregnant, but now the question is, whose is it? Poor Donatelli. He's having a rough night.

Great job my sister from another mister. Keep the story coming I'm sitting on the edge of my seat waiting.

Cecilia

I probably could post twice a day, but then I would even lose more reviewers. Most don't like to read the long stories.....

    Carol,
If the story is great I don't mind several stories a day, but you do what's best for you. I know my inbox is full of messages for the other people I follow. It's quite consuming.
