Thesis, I don't usually review writing(s) like this, but the title, picture and
theme was too interesting to pass...The ease with which you started your
intro, business's background and need for your response, caused me to read on. Salient peripherals provided driver and reader rather quick contact with antagonistic subject of title/protagonist...Matters, all negative "went south." Short story shorter, author (IMHO) handled an untenable situation logically, fluidly and expeditiously. I enjoyed my/read, the entire thing. Good luck in the contest. teafor2
