In the paragraph that begins "I look up sharply," you should eliminate one of the "did you"s.

Definitely don't save it this week. I have a house to sell, plus I'm working in my husband's tax office three days, and of course my regular slate of 65 piano lessons to teach. Besides, I'm kind of boycotting the whole [rigged] system here. I'm pretty much holding on for your novel and Humpwhistle's e's then I'm outta here.
