It sounds like Missy is a little too proud of herself to stay silent forever. I suspect there will be another clever way to get her to confess entirely in an upcoming segment. I think this reads realistically for the dialogue. Only a couple of little fixes:
"Missy, do you ever think before you open your mouth and that diarrhea of thoughtlessness comes shooting out."
I would change the period to a question mark after the word 'out' in the end of this.
It's a slow calculated smile.
I would put a comma after 'slow' in that sentence.
