I must admit I feel sorry for this poor boy who didn't deserve two dropkick parents and had to settle for a kindly but streetwise substitute mother, but she genuinely cares for him, I know what it's like to be disliked, more through misfortune and the quirks of life, beautifully written Gretchen, blessings Roy
