notesandmore, very good job on this 1-9-1. I like
the thoughts you have expressed here. When you
touch a newborn it does give you joy. Looking forward
to doing that the end of November with another grandchild
and also hope.

Congrats on the coming grand baby. We have 8 grandchildren. They are amazing. Age from 22 down to 6. I am happy you enjoyed the 1-9-1, it was fun to write. Thanks so much. Carolyn

Lovely!
Joy and Hope ... the newborn child.
Sometimes the reviews are longer than the piece itself!
Good work, Carolyn. Hope you win!

You wrote a poem that meets the requirements of the prompt and provides a good message in just a few words and syllables. I've touched the hand of several new born children and it is, indeed a joy, and a time when we hope for the very best for their future. Well done! Good luck in the contest. Sue

That is a very precious poem. Couldn't pack more feeling or significance. Good luck in the contest and thank you for using my drawing to illustrate.

Sweet and soft and so real. The new -born hand of a baby is just a wonder. I love holding a baby, looking at their little hands.Nothing gives us more hope...or joy.

Such a lovely response to this writing prompt. You have my vote. Our youth is indeed important. So why does our country scrimp on education? Makes no sense to me as that is an investment in the future. Hope resides in every single child. Very well done!
