If you buy a bag of ice and there's a foot in it, Don't use it...I have a feeling Blackwell is not dead at all, that he vanished to find his Diamond Dancer and daughter. Have more chapters like this. One on one interaction with the bard- his court jester dialogue is really coming along.

"The Bard looked at Tenaya with wonder and said, "She looks so life like." ha,ha,ha, pricelessly funny.I use to love it when my clients spoke dry-witted truths.

So either Harp is alive, faking his death, or he's at the bottom of the river in cement shoes.

I have no 6's left, or I'd give you one for this chapter. It was SO intriguing. I was riveted throughout, and sorry when it ended and I knew no more than I did before. Great development of your characters, and of showing, rather than telling, the story to readers.

SO, if there was no Blackwell Sr at the facility, where is he? The questions are piling up. This is very interesting and well written. A good read.

Mikey, again this is more cohesive. Hilarious line, "She looks so life like." She's perfect for the job. Now, I wonder if Bard is on the scene eyes for an alive Blackwell just to see what happens to those who are mentioned either outright or anonymously in the will. Good work! :0 GracieAnn

I am so glad I had a six left for this, Mikey. No body. What a brilliantly wonderful turn of events.

And, I'm even more convinced that The Bard is not crazy.

"She looks so life like." Great line.

Michael, you had some very funny lines in this chapter.

"Yes, for the children starving on Mt. Fuji. They ask for so little."( where did that come from?)
The Bard looked at Tenaya with wonder and said, "She looks so life like."
Very funny Mikey, Very funny.Thumbs up! Nancy

Nice twist, no Blackwell body in the freezer. So where is it? I'm sticking with my theory, this was all a ruse and Blackwell senior is alive. I like that the detectives are starting to talk like the bard now.
