Wow, this was a poignant story. It's hard to lose anyone, especially to cancer. I'm sorry you have been subjected to losing your long time best friend. It really is a yucky situation. As far as the writing, there were no breaks for paragraphs. There wasn't a separation of dialogue. I'm wishing you well as you try to live your life. I'm really sorry for your loss.
