I've always thought it would be terrible to find out you were adopted and it had been kept from you, but you are creating a good story around that fact, Carol. A great chapter.

I'm traveling to North Carolina to spend some time with my Great Granddaughters (and enjoy Keyanna's national soccer tournament). It's like a whirlwind at the moment, but I do appreciate your time and especially your enjoyment of my story. Hope to get back to it soon. Thank you as always.

Yes, I was happy to see Garth making a move to reach out to Rebecca, but his life is going to get shook up and turned around as we continue down the road. He better hang on to that Stetson or it might get lost in the wind.

This was a lovely upbeat chapter. A perfect interlude between intense scenes!
If you are interested in getting your italics the same size font as the regular print, you just make them one size smaller. So if your story is 18pt and you make your italics 16pt, they'll match. Weird glitch on this site.
Excellent chapter! I have 3 more to catch up on because someone has been a busy bee!

It's a great story what with finding out Jenna was adopted. I can relate, I was adopted, finding my real family more than twenty years ago.

Oh, Ulla, you are so kind. I am thrilled that you are enjoying this story. Garth will have a struggle at first but I think his heart will find the truth. i can't imagine the pain of someone walking away when you thought you were committed. Rebecca is in for a lot of surprises. Thanks so much.

I do believe that the deceased would want you to be happy and enjoy life and might have a hand in arranging it. Garth is struggling to make that decision but I think he will come to understand.
As for the six, it's not a problem. Just knowing you are enjoying is enough for me. Thanks for reading and reviewing.
