My late husband was seven years older than me and it made not a jot of difference. It's how you behave, I think. They will be fine. Though my husband was that much older, he was too young to die, 46. He missed out on so much with his sons still young children.

In this chapter, Sami and Noah are the poster children for talking out issues before they get married and too involved. They discuss Noah's need to have a gun around, and Sami's desire to have a large family. The dialogue is realistic, there is some undercurrent of tension, but they handle it in a compromising fashion. Mateo interjects some more tension here, still clinging to some hope, but Sami seems to put that to bed by saying she loves him like a brother. But it remains to be seen if he will accept that, so that tension is hanging in the air. We await your next chapter. estory

It seems odd that they have not really been involved for a m onth yet! Absolutely odd. Becuase we pass through in our own time we crry our watches into your stories. I really wonder , idfwithout the drama, will they still have the same feelings?

That's why I put the number of days when posting on FanStory. They're not in the actual novel. LOL I started it a few years back when people wanted my characters in bed. I don't do that anyway. Since I only post once a week and sometimes two weeks cover one day, it's easy to get mixed up. Thank you for the kind review.

I loved the chemistry between Noah and Sami in this scene, I could really feel the love they have for each other in their dialogue and it is growing all the time with each chapter. Another excellent read, Barbara, I enjoyed reading it.

Well, they are talking about the number of kids they might have. It sounds pretty serious! I guess Noah doesn't have a romantic vocabulary but he does appreciate Sami's reassurance that her heart belongs to him.

The romance grows ever deeper as Noah and Sami interact in protective custody. You can tell they are in love, and even though Sami finds out just how old Noah is, she isn't bothered by the age difference. They work through rules about children and guns, which is a good thing.
I love the way they are getting more comfortable around each other.
Mateo gets his heart broken, though it seems he really wants what's best for Sami. He's also about to go on a dangerous venture. Best of luck to him!!
