She is talking on the phone to a man named Fred who is applying for a job to be an instructor for some sort of course, for which she is a gatekeeper.
"So I want you to go back and outline any DEI work that you've been doing in your personal life and professional life to show that you are
A) knowledgeable and
B) committed to the principles of equity and inclusion.
You can have women's work. Any sort of Girl Scouts work. Anything with sustainability. You put down one beach cleanup, that's not going to demonstrate the consistency.
So if you can just go back and spell it out on your resume..."
