Write a nonet poem. It's a simple format. A nonet has nine lines. The first line has nine syllables, the second line eight syllables, the third line seven syllables, etc... until line nine that finishes with just one syllable. It can be on any subject and rhyming is optional. |
Author Notes
Opinions vary I suppose. I think that education in this country has become a low priority and that is a shame. It shows in the crime rate and quality of what we produce. Knowledge is the key to culture. We are becoming a country without culture. And it runs across racial and economic lines which creates an atmosphere of hopelessness. Oppression began long ago. I don't think it ended.
