I wish my dad was here to see,
all the new members added to the family tree.
He was only fifty two when he passed away,
Leaving a wife,five children and four grandchildren that day.
Now all of us are married,with children of our own,
When we all get together you can see
how much the tree has grown.
With ten grandchildren,eleven great grandchildren
and room for more,we need a bigger table to sit thirty four.
Oh how I wish my dad could see
all the new faces on our family tree.
