Writing Prompt
Write a poem with 5-7-5 syllable count. First line has five syllables. Second line has 7. Third line has 5 again.

I posted a wee poem about Dean and Nala two years ago.
Dean used to ride his bike by day through Europe and Eastern Europe then sleep at night in a tent with Nala.
I'm glad to see that Dean now travels in a van and once he arrives at their destination , he rides his bike around with Nala. It's by far safer for both.
Dean & Nala, have been best friends since December 2018. Dean was cycling around the world when he heard Nala meowing somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, he knew he had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but he was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering he only had a bike. However, despite his concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto his shoulder. Since then, they have been travelling the world together.
