In the dark of night when all is calm
I close my eyes and let memories come

It's your face I see
As you lean in to kiss me

 Your arms around me, is what I feel
So strong and gentle...but oh so real

With eyes as blue as sapphire skies
Without a word, a glance implies

Your lips I remember as kissably soft and kind
I trace them with my finger...inside my mind

The whole of you is the man I'd marry
Gone from me now, a delicious memory.
