Springtime

by zanya

Spring's halycon days are here
Purple bluish violets appear
Raucous crows caw and chant
Insects buzz and hum and consort
Noisy mowers rent the Nocturne
God and Man rejoice
Tiny fledglings cheep and peep
In lilac bush scents exhale
Morning's dew now pale
Elixir of Nature
