No Fooling for Nomi's Birthday

He's super wise and a great guy

At FanStory, he's Six Stars High

So high he needs a stepping stool

This wise guy is nobody's fool



He's friendly, sweet and he is kind

A nicer man you will not find 

In reviews he won't ridicule 

He may just tease a bit to fool



He's a big brother and a friend

He's genuine and won't pretend

Loved by our world-wide writing-pool

A pot of gold without the fool



He recently has lost his wife

Y'vonne was the love of his life

I hate that life can be so cruel

The sadness he felt did not fool



As Nomi writes his poetry

His sense of humor is the key

Computer is his writing tool 

He writes non-fiction or to fool 



And Nomi's peacefulness is part 

To the secret to his big heart

He's open minded, yet old-school

Won't judge or call other's a fool



We made up a new birthday rule

A Second Day of April Fool

    For Gift:  a trip to istanbul  :  )

So, Happy Birthday, Mr. Cool

I normally do a biographical poem for everyone, but after they've had one, if they want another, I do a fun one. (explanations to silly fool meanings)

In stanza one, the term wise guy is used because the first line was calling him wise.
In stanza three, the last line about a pot of gold without a fool is referring to him being genuine and as in real gold and not fool's gold.
In stanza four, the last line means there was no question to his sorrow.
In stanza five, the last line was non-fiction or to fool, which would be fiction (to fool)
