Family Fun In The Summer Sun.

One happy day in the merry month of May,
my folks-n-I were on a picnic.

A funny thing happened to us that day,
that made my parents sick quick.

Dad left our picnic basket sittin' in the grass.
Then headed for a near-by stream, to try
and catch some bass.

Mom was in our tent house resting her eyes.
Without a doubt we were about to have a big surprise.

Beneath a tasty sandwich, of ham, cheese, and rye.
We're a bunch of busy honey bees...feasting on honey pie.

When the basket lid was opened...the bees began to buzz.
Mom and Dad did not agree...but what a funny thing that was."
