When you set a goal and you're doing good

Losing weight, eating healthy food

Know that you're not being slack

Tell yourself "I'm not going back!"

When pounds are dropping each time you weigh

Smile and do the dance of Yay

Between you and the table there's a crack

Tell yourself, "I'm not going back!"

When people tell you how good you look

You have energy, not feeling crook

Lights are shining further down the track

Keep on going, you're not going back
