Enjoying Fine Wine

by HarryT

In a Bordeaux goblet, a scarlet shine

A cavorting of flavors wait my tongue

From the vineyard will come sips so divine

With each sniff, a burgeoning song is sung

Tended vines and vintage are stories told

Oak barrels are the best to age fine wine

Sun needed to spill its warm, liquid gold

Most important, harvest at the right time
