Rhyming Children's poem
Things I Like
by Lana Marie
I like to jump and clap, my hands
And listen to some silly bands
I like to play peekaboo,
and hide and seek-how about you?
I like to laugh at silly faces
I like to run in toddler races
I like to copy my big sis
I follow her just like this
I like to practice screaming Loud
Mommy and daddy are so proud
I play pretend when on the phone
My favorite treat's an ice cream cone
Another thing I like to do
Is make the cow sound that goes moo
The kitty cat he likes to meow
The doggie barks, he says bow-wow
The bunny likes to hop and hop
I try it too until I drop
I crawl around and give a roar
Like lions and tigers on the floor
That's all for now it's-time for bed,
Mommy kisses me on my head.
Good night to you and my best friend
repeat me now and say, "The end."
