This week's assignment from Gypsy in our Japanese Poetry club is:
QIYAN JUEJU is a Japanese poetry form consisting of four phrases each seven syllables.
First phrase = describe the scene
Second phrase = Add further illustration and detail
Third phrase = the true essence of the poem
Fourth phrase = put it all together and complete the poem
