A faithful servant.

The time will come my days concluding,
when I will reach my goal.
To see the one my heart is ruling
the Master of my soul.

And though my heart has done some seeking
my saviour marks my days.
For surely as my life though fleeting
Is blessed in many ways.

This life has been a celebration
of knowing love and grace.
Then one day in anticipation
I'll gaze upon His face.

Well done my good and faithful servant,
I long my Lord to say.
Applied your tasks with efforts fervent
It's graduation day.

And though I haven't ceased my journey
my final goal is set.
My saviour and indeed attorney
drawing me from deep regret.

The servant who had received the five talents came and presented five more. Master, he said, you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more. His master replied, Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master! My servant who had received the two talents also came and said, Master, you entrusted me with two talents. See, I have gained two more.
