Senryu
A chapter in the book 2023 Gypsy's Haiku
~ After the Funeral ~

after the funeral,
widow watches sunset—
lifts spirits

6-6-4 syllables, senryu is written in 17 syllables or less.
Senryu is similar to Haiku but about human nature. Season word (kigo) is not needed.
