This work has reached the exceptional level

Thank God For This

I walked around the woods today;

saw deer at play

by streams that flow

tranquil and slow.

I stood awhile and watched a fox

step on the rocks;

with tongue immersed

he quenched his thirst.

I gaze upon this wondrous sight

with such delight,

and thank God for

all this and more.

I didn't take these photos but I will be next time I go for my walk. This is very much like it is near my new home. I'm so happy here.
