Your story really grabbed me. I love the sense of disorientation and tension you create. The shift from the speeding car to the dark bar and then back again feels almost dreamlike. Well, you may know where you are, but how can you be lost if you know where you are? What has occurred is you lost me, near completely. Have you swerved in front of another to be a murderer or ran off the road committing hari-kari?
