Jesus said that the entire law of the prophets could be summed uo in two commands - love God with your all your heart, mind and soul. And - love your neighbor. Matthew 22:37-40. I don't why we need to complicate things with a lot of footnotes. Their way is not uniting, vut fracturing the world even more. But - you can't tell some people anything. They will learn the hard way...

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." This is the one verse that I've always remembered from my days of learning Bible verses as Sunday School, and I've always tried to live by it. I agree with your frustration with those who can't see it. You've put it nicely into this poem, Roy.

I really like your message here. Without hope, we are lost. And that's exactly what our world is heading. A world of hopelessness and without faith. I will continue to pray for those who are lost in this world. I do know I'm grateful to know how much God loves his children. It gives me a sense of peace in a world that is crumbling away.

Hope is all I live for at this time. With all the issues around the world, and even here at home, people losing their properties to flood, and some their lives.
