I don't think Melton is a possible suiter, I think he's trying to make Katherine look easy, and she's proving that she's not. I think he's possibly working for the in-laws, or Frost. This was another excellent chapter, Barbara, it's nice to catch up. I still have the next part to read!! :)) Sandra xx

I'm taking advantage of this break and will start in the new year. The first half chapter is a bit 'sensual' but that's it until a long way into the book and by then you'll all understand why it started that way. How's that for a teaser!!! Lol.

No problem, Barbara. I most certainly enjoy the story and have just fallen behind on everything. I want to finish my story before the end of the year and then take time to polish the whole series after the 1st. Life is so mixed up for me and it's difficult to keep up.

I really don't like that guy. But he IS persistent. I am always amazed at these kinds of guys. If they'd put HALF the time and effort into a real job and committed relationship, he'd be a millionaire in no time AND have a dreamy girl who loved him forever. --ugh--

The writing in this is very good and I found myself getting more intrigued in the story as it went on. The writing voice behind this is very distinct and I am happy to say I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

This has a feel to it that I can't quite explain, but I will try...Your story held my interest all the way through, perhaps because there was so much conversation that it felt like a movie. I loved the natural flow of the game and interaction between Katherine and Angie. The way you didn't tell us much about Melton at the game builds suspense. I wonder what else he will try, to get Katherine's affection. I wonder how old Melton is...I will need to fan you so I don't miss anything. Great writing and very interesting!
