I have to comment about writing romance and getting into the intimate parts of a story. I can remember when I first started writing, I had a person say to me, "you didn't write anything embarrassing, did you?" Yes, it was a close family member. I had kept the bedroom scenes to the imagination only. Which made me feel so much better in writing. I can see where you are coming from. Proud of you and your writing.

My mom reads my writing. I don't want to be embarrassed if my pastor or any of my granddaughters read my work. LOL Thank you for the support.

Why does anyone become offended if your stories are wholesome? If it's not your thing, don't read it! Why would anyone be put off about you informing of this? I'm thrilled that you have this opportunity and it has kicked my butt in gear to get back to looking for places for my short stories.

You don't know how proud I am of you, Barbara. I've been a fan of yours since you started Fanstory ... what, close to 20 years ago? I believe I've reviewed three or four of your complete novels ... and each has grown in complexity and writing know-how over the previous. You deserve your success.
