An unusual list of expressions about the liver. A French term of endearment is "Mon petit chou" which means "my little cabbage", and other variations of "chou" are also terms of endearment. So interesting, where all these expressions come from.

Oh my gosh! This all just struck me as so funny! Imagine? "I will eat your liver?" as a term of endearment! It loses something in the translation... Oh my. I've got the giggles.

No, that doesn't sound right, but it probably would if we'd been raised with it. It's so interesting how different the idioms are but still say the same thing.
