Jay, Fanny's dialogue never ceases to amaze me with the turn of phrases and country sayings. A wonderful way to wrap up the twists and turns of the story (assuming there are no more unexpected scenes!) A great tour de force of writing skills.

Thank you, Tim, for your vote of confidence and the lovely six stars. There will be two more epilogic (to coin an adjective) scenes, but you won't have to wrestle with Fanny's dialogue in it.

Oh, this made me cry at the end. Somebody should have managed to work the miracle, and persuade Juni that it wasn't worth ruining two lives to kill an evil man who was going to die anyway. Instead they persuaded her she hadn't to let him die of natural causes. Oh, dear. The life of the living is worth much more than that (I can't even explain what I mean. Brilliantly done. Kate xx
Note: Showing some annoyance at his questions she couldn't answer > I think it was lancellot that gave me lots of instruction on direction. Direction is what the audience can see. They don't know why she's showing annoyance. That part should be in the dialogue.

I do agree with you on that, Kathy. And Lance has pointed out similar instances where my directions didn't allow for readers' imaginations. I'll take a look at that after it runs its course. In the meantime, thanks so much for the sixer and the suggestion.

Yes, the suggestion is just for the revision stage, that's why it didn't affect the six! I don't expect you to consider anything just now, it's too beautiful. Kate xx
