That was a very intriguing chapter. Anderson is very self assured and a bit cheeky but that just adds to his charm. He has certainly saved Shana from the three bad guys again. The characters, Anderson and Shana seem to developing a rapport with each other. I am interested in seeing the direction it takes.

Who is this guy, Tony Stark? Good scene, with nice hesitations and classic fake out of the 'bad' guys. Your writing was spot on.

I feel sorry for Shana, she's in peril if she stays
but going with a stranger is not the best either.
I'm sorry I haven't read the previous chapters,
when I have time I will.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving day.

You hooked me! I am very intrigued and would like to follow your story! I also like romances with an underlying theme of suspense. I love that Shana has run into a stranger whom she has decided she can trust. It leads the way to many possibilities! Looking forward to more!

Good chapter. I suppose Shana is safe in his penthouse that's well secured. But why is she running from those men. Who are they? Do they want info from her? Guess we'll see.

In a few more posts the answers will come as Shana knows them. HMMMM, thank you for the kind review.

Yes, did Shana go from the frying pan with the three pursuers and into the fire with Anderson? "You were more scared of those men than a total stranger." Your suspense romance inspired how I wrote my stalker story--the sense of chase, evasion, fear, and chance encounters. You described them well, retaining the mystery of what is in her satchel and why the men are following her. I look forward to seeing your novel unfold. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.

Hi there,
Excellent, well written chapter... who is this mysterious man? He seems very...capable...
"I doubt that," she muttered quietly. - you don't need 'quietly' here, it's inferred by the muttering.
Good piece.

Hi, Barb
= LOL! Love this chapter.
= Bet she feels as if she went from the frying pan into the skillet.
= No doubt she's in for a few surprises. Can't wait for the next installment.
