Jay: Hi from Minnesota. I completed my second novel, an adventure story, dancing eagles.
I worked with Joe Bunting of Write Practice to write a novel in 100 days and then go back and edit each week for a year. I don't know how writers can complete and publish several novels in a year. This is a lot of work and support. Thank you again for being my cheerleader and mentor.
My third novel will be a romance story, painted ponies. Some of the characters overlap.
Glad you enjoyed my spiritual poem, co written by Jesus as I sang to Him. God bless and I'll fly in soon for more penpal chats. nancy

Hi Jay: It is good to chat with you, my big brother and penpal. I'm going to use Novel Factory and Pro-Writer for writing "painted ponies." The awareness is on bullying. The theme is there is always light in the darkness and you can meet new friends that inspire you to dream. I'm trying to figure out names, scenes, etc. So much to do but enjoying the fall weather. You really should put your best poems in a book. You are too good a poet to waste your talent. Try. You never know what will happen. On the other hand, if you hide your light under a bushel, you already know what will happen.

I was more into the "Critting" articles you wrote and the biographical coming of age pieces. You are always so funny with your mildly sarcastic tone. Great stuff.

Mighty generous of you, but I can't have you do that, Bill. Save it for your own. I'll send out a notice ahead of time for the series and if it's still any good people will read them for 2 cents. But the notice I'll want to get lots of eyes on it, so I'll promote that.
I don't know how to re-run something without promotion, now that I think about it. Well, I'll play around with it.

Thank you, Lance. It's not that I'm short on cash. That is, I live well within the limits of Social Security. The house is paid for and I have a good medical plan. I rarely leave the house, so the $400 I allow myself for food and miscellany is more than enough. My family gives me Amazon gift cards for every occasion, so I'm fixed for reading material. It's a good life. But line-editors can make a serious dent.
Anyway, I do well. And it's good to have friends like you help keep life interesting.
