It's got to be a prologue for a new book, Ric. That was an amazing start. I loved how he handled himself, and I think I'll take a leaf out of his book, not that anyone would want me, but it's worth knowing. I've never been a person to pander to wealthy people, especially those who were born to it. I know a few ... so up their own BSs. I love the character Tuck, he's great and he managed to bring Danial down a few pegs. Please start the novel now, this will be a good one. Well done!! :))Sandra xxx

Thank you so much, Sandra, for your extra-special six-star review. Like you, I've known many who think rich and famous makes them special, but Tuck and I couldn't give-a-damn less what they think. LOL. I read where Daniel Craig (James Bond) isn't leaving his wealth to his children. I don't know if it's the right thing to do, but it will sure go along way toward enhancing their characters. I'm glad you enjoyed my introduction, and hopefully, I'll find time to build on what I've started. There's nothing that makes me more happy than for special talents like you to read my foolishness. I appreciate YOU, and your kindness and encouragement!

This has to be the start of a novel. It had me gripped from start to finish. Tuck is a great character obviously with nerves of steel. Can't wait to read the next chapter. Take care. Jen.

Oh, you're so sweet! And your extra-special six-star review is like a huge slice of hot apple pie drizzled with caramel and chocolate, and smothered in ice cream. Dripping off my chin. Thank you so much, Jen, for your kind words and encouraging review. I appreciate YOU!

Yes, especially, with a slight breeze, sitting by the beach. But not all of us have a beach close by. LOL. Have a wonderful week!

Okay, no bones about it (in case you're gnawing on BBQ ribs) this has got to be the beginning of a story.... a continuation of short stories if you must of Tuck as a private investigator. With your humor and fantastic writing, you will blow everyone away. Just setting up Tuck's character was beyond awesome. You've got it in the bag!!!
Awesome! I simply thought Samuel Tucker had it all together and then some. Thanks for making me smile and enjoy what I read.

Well, I'd give you a big kiss, but if I did, you'd probably stop reading my foolishness and quit communicating with me. I'll never be a Carol when it comes to writing, but if I can make you smile, it's good enough for me. I did slip off for some BBQ ribs at Cheddar's, the best kept secret around. They are fall-off-the-bone good. But it would be nice to have a backyard full of friends and family with a grill smoking. Now I'm back to me and this old computer. I hope you have big plans and company to help you enjoy this Labor Day. I can't thank you enough for kindness and your encouraging review. I appreciate YOU! Smiles and a hug back at ya!

Never! You are stuck with my silly friendship forever. You are such an awesome writer and don't ever say you aren't.... Now start writing that book!

You're so sweet! And I'm glad you had a couple days of family time. Now, rest up as best you can for Friday and Matt's crew. LOL. Big ol' bear hug!

This is, as far as I'm concerned, an introduction to Samuel Tucker. I hope the first chapter of a new novel that I'm dying to read. I wish I had a six left, but earlier today, I gave my last one away. This is wonderful!!! Where have you been hiding all this talent. PLEASE CONTINUE THE NOVEL. I already have a crush on Tuck.

Thank you so much, Barbara, for your kind words and generous review. I know well about those shortage of sixes. I could give you a six on everything you write, but I'm usually out too. LOL. Your kindness and encouragement mean so much. I appreciate YOU!

This sounds like the beginning of a great story or the introduction to a dynamite character that I'm intrigued with already. I do appreciate the type you are using that is easy on my allergy eyes. I love the way you have described Tuck attitude. I'm looking forward to more of wherever this is headed. I did wonder about Katie. You might have mentioned, who she was to Tuck. Hopefully I'll find out later.

Thank you so much, Beth, for your kind words and generous review. Yes, I probably should of added a few things to this introduction, especially about Katie, but it ended up a few-hundred words longer than I had intended all ready. Sounds like I've set the hook. LOL. Your kindness and encouragement is great appreciated!

Hi,Ric. Tucker certainly grabs one's attention quickly. I especially like Paragraph #2. You also do a great job of setting the scene in the Snappy Waffle. Easy to visualize the entrance of Farnsworth and his two T-Rexes. But . . . I find the exchange between the two men much too long. I think it would be better to compress that and leap immediately to the last scene where Tuck gets the envelope.
Rod
Oh, I appreciate the enlarged font.

Hello, RodG, and thanks for your kind words, suggestions, and generous review. Yes, I thought the exchanges were too lengthy myself, but every time I tried to cut them down, I was unable to get what I wanted said to create the personalities for future chapter. But if you say so, I'll be trying to condense. Thanks again and I appreciate YOU!

This is a great write, Ric, which I thoroughly enjoyed reading. It has a great pace. It's fun and to the point. I sure enjoyed reading it. It also has the makings of a book. You have come a long way since I started to follow your writing. Ulla:)))

Thank you so much, Ulla, for your kind words and generous review. I'm glad you enjoyed more of my foolishness and quirky characters. And you've made my week with your comment that my writing has improved. It had no where to go but up, since a few short years ago I didn't know a noun from a verb. LOL. I appreciate your kindness and encouragement!

Thank you so much, Sanku, for your extra-special six-star review. It's reviews like yours that keeps me trying to build new and different characters. Tuck's just a good ole country boy who doesn't take any gruff off anyone, but treats everyone with respect unless they push the wrong button. LOL. I can't thank you enough for your kind words and encouragement. I appreciate YOU and your wonderful review! Ric
