You are more than welcome. Forgot to wish you a happy Born again birthday. Sorry

Oh, Eunice, you're so sweet! I was mentioning my BA birthday more in praise and honor to my Lord and Savior, Jesus, than for birthday wishes -- which was also the reason for combining it with a request for prayer for His faithful servants -- but I'll happily accept your kind and joyful wishes. No need to be sorry :-) but I am blessed. Love, Mary Kay xoxo

I think to remember our BG Birthday is a blessing and we should thank God for it. He was there when we were born and He was there when we were Born again. That's is why I wished you a Happy Birthday for that blessed day. Mine is coming up. Nov. 2 1971. I was born again. My phyical birthday is Nov. 10 2021 Now I've dishourored Him in many ways for I'm not prefect but I try to do my best. Nice to have you for my sister, Mary. Praise God. xxoo

That's so lovely, that your BA birthday is coming up! None of us are perfect, Eunice, but when we come to God as sinners, He immediately starts working on us. One of our brothers in Christ reminded me, in a review, about the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Whether or not one believes we should all speak in tongues, there is still the reality of that second work of grace, entire sanctification, and while it still doesn't indicate sinless perfection, it makes possible a purity of heart, and tremendous victory in Jesus. I have asked God to do this for me, and surrendered my heart to Him, more times than I can remember, and yet I wonder whether I would be struggling with some of the issues I'm dealing with, if I had attained this state of grace? I will continue to seek self-surrender and the infilling of the Holy Spirit, by His grace, through faith.
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever." He has forgiven us of all sins, past, present and even future. This isn't, of course, a license to sin, but a reminder that "if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed," and that holiness is possible, regardless of what stage in this journey we're at.
Consider this: "For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy."
    Hebrews 10:14 NIV
    And this:
"Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them."
    Hebrews 7:25 NIV
So be encouraged, my sister. He will never leave you on your own, nor will he leave me, or my husband -- we just had a talk about this, last night. God surely has something more for us.
May He bless you, more and more!
    Love, Mary Kay xoxo

I thank you Mary. I agree with you. When God saves us He puts His Holy Spirit in us. I have as far as l know 7 children who says they know the Lord but there is one left. I pray for her all the time. God bless you and your family. Thanks for writing. Take care

Wow, you have eight children, Eunice? Congratulations! I will pray that the one who doesn't profess faith in Christ yet, will come to know Him.
    Blessings and love,
    Mary Kay

That's so amazing! When I was a little girl, that was my dream, and I even drew pictures of it! But as I grew up and focused more on academic life, I somehow lost sight of it. I'm happy for you that you raised them all; God bless each one.

Yes not much help from their father. I tried my best to teach them the word of God. But then l went astray. I felt so bad. My two last ones have a different father. I did so wrong. I hate to even tell anyone. You take care and l hope you dont look down on me. Have a great week end xo

Of course, we join you. Such a tragic occurrence. Let's hope there is a peaceful solution to this and that they are all recovered safely. Congratulations on your born again birthday. Fabulous!

Sad way to "celebrate" your BAB-day--I hope you get your wish for these people to be freed--heartrending situation powerfully conveyed. Congrats on your 38th.
