That was fabulous, Barbara!!! I loved the first kiss, getting back at those nurses! LOL Wonderful. But now they are in big trouble, which I am more than a little sure, Anderson will be able to handle. Can't wait for the next part, my friend, your stories are so heartwarming, exciting, and just so well written. I love them. Sandra xx

A hit on Shana and Anderson? What a terrible thought with which to end this post! That Kuznetsov will stop at nothing! The nurses are certainly making a play for Anderson. It was great the way he said he was off the market and then kissing Shana was great. I think she'll eventually come around, although she's put up all her barriers. Anderson is certainly doing all he can to see that everything possible is being done to help Sarah and her parents. It sounds like a pretty hopeless situation, though, given the nature of the disease. Great work and gets one of my six stars for the week! judi

Where as some of us who write various styles, I have always enjoyed your style. Suspense, drama, love hate, mystery , all presented in both of our styles. I love the way you hold the reader in wait knowing the inevitable. LOL. Well done as always. .

"Don't celebrate, yet. Remember Jeremy, Jane's second cousin who's a detective for the NYPD?" After she nodded, he continued, "He contacted Jeff. There's chatter that Kuznetsov put a hit out on you and me. It seems we've gotten too close to his business."
"I know nothing about his business." Tears welled in Shana's eyes.
Another amazing piece from you Barbara and as always I was riveted. I liked the song as well but I hope it does not get stuck in my head- I hate when that happens- in German it is called an 'Earworm' or 'Ohrwurm.' I have to remove it by playing aother song which might leave me with same problem! lol. A great write as ever well done and keep writing we love your work! Kindest regards Meia x

Another exciting, suspense-filled chapter. And waddayano...NO SPAGS. I wish I could give you SIXES all the time but they might think I am biased, hehe. Keep up the good work.

Don't worry about the sixes. I appreciate the thought.

No worries. Someone suggested I di add the Foul Fraud's story in the biography. So I have just moved all the chapters forward to include it. I also have a friend doing a Foreword for me as we speak. Getting real close to finishing my book! Yay!

Aww, this post is so cheesy, I am melting with the exchange of conversations, the subtle flirtation and teasing between Shana and Anderson. My, my, I can't wait for the next post. Thanks for sharing.

I don't think guys Like Kusnetsov are easily swayed away from murdering someone if the think they're getting close to knowing what his business is all about. Well done Barbara, despite what Shana says, she's interested in Anderson. Excellent episode, good job, blessings Roy

Well, well, what do you know, Anderson finally puckered up and laid one on her. The reason not being of any particular importance. Not that I think he really needed an excuse. Shana will be hooking after the next one. Thanks for sharing. :-)

Thank you for kind review. I will fix that area.

There is a lot of excitement in this chapter. I am thrilled Anderson kissed Shana and understand her confusion over why he did it and what he meant by his comment after. Clearly the Russians are made and not willing to accept Shana's statement that she does not want to get the painting back. They are not people to be messed with and once riled up, they do not quit until they have the situation under control, no matter what that means or takes to accomplish. If I were Anderson, I would definitely be concerned.
