I know, I know. People talk to their dogs all the time. I talk to my kittens. The trouble comes when we expect them to give us advice. I enjoyed that Shana is talking to Romeo. He has taken quite a shine to her and is very protective. When you see something like that in a story, you expect something to come of it later. Maybe he'll actually have occasion to protect Shana. Anderson seems puzzled about how to keep the Russians from harming Shana or someone in her family. Great work with this. judi

I loved this. I bet you used to talk to your dogs a lot, ha!....Loved the family map of the "Noahic"?? line. I have seen that some place before. I also liked the scripture from the Torah which is obviously also the five books of the law from Moses..Pentateuch also preservice in KJV etc.Was reminded in the beginning(Intro) of a story from a preacher years ago in talking to one of the women from his congregation. She was bemoaning how she had to do this and that and so on...so he said "Well so and so can do this and so and so can do that......"..she responded..." I didn't want help I just wanted sympathy!" HE!HE!
Now just one change, maybe.
Romeo growl and her comment..."I take that [i](a)s a 'You shouldn't leave.'
More chapters up including a new added one about my Political aspirations no rewards sorry.

Smiles, Barb for telling us what Shana read from the Torah and making it more interesting with Romeo (the dog) Sounds like he is a good listener?

I know my dogs are always the best listeners. Thank you for the kind review.

That was a nice chat with Romeo, I have always found I get more sense out of talking to animals than I do people, lol! Well, I just hope she listens to the gentle growls and stays with Anderson. Another lovely part to this chapter, Barbara. I look forward to finding out what she decides to do. :) Sandra xx

Really sweet how Shana can talk to Romeo and he just listens. You do a good job of showing how alone she feels and how uncertain she is about her situation with the painting.

Thank you for the kind words. That's what I hoping to portray. I was worried people would see this post as nothing.

Hi Barbara, well I guess a dog is as good a listener as anybody. At least you don't get an argument from them. So she's staying on, and that's good.
Shana sat beside the large German shepherd and he place his head ... = and he placed his head.
She's troubled. Looking forward to reading on. All the best, Ulla:)))

If one needs sheer therapy, talk to a dog, they are brilliant listeners, and quite often one can get an answer, not so much from the dog, (well, maybe!) but one can figure it out. Shana goes to the Torah, Ham was cursed, hence Canaan, because he disrespected his father. I'm sure she'll work it out! Great episode Barbara, well done, blessings, Roy
