I don't normally review scripts, but Zachary is such an interesting character that I continued to read your story. Zachary is an odd character and I look forward to reading the next post. Thanks for sharing.

Your give and take of dialogue is amusing, and I didn't find any errors. Sadly, I just can't get into this one like I did your other plays. I hope you are finding some lyricists to assist you in your quest to make a musical.

That's okay that this play doesn't meet your expectations, Carol. I appreciate your candor. I've found the response to Zachary as being varied. He tends to galvanize the reader into either loving him or hating him, but few are lukewarm. I do have some lyricists coming through with some fine lyrics. Again, thanks, Carol!

It's wonderful you are getting some great lyrics. Actually, I kind of like Zachery. Everyone else seems kind of pompous, but then I think you mean them to be that way. Zachery is the proverbial round peg in a square hole.

The current Duke Charles of Edinburgh title will be given to Print Edward, Queen's youngest son. I don't think it's Zachary. He is a lawn mowing person but he needs his lawn mower back.
You must have been busy and haven't been reviewing.
Well done.

Well, the one that Zachary "baptized" with his own blood would have been the father of the present-day King of England, Charles and husband to the former Queen, Elizabeth. (I certainly hope my research on that was accurate.)
I have been pulling back on my reviewing of late while working intensely with emails to the lyricists for the play. I've been staying on top of your latest creative endeavors, I believe ... meaning the bird parents and the searching son, but haven't been reading a lot of poetry. What are you referring to that I haven't been reviewing?
Again, Lisa, thank you for reading.
