This was a good read again. Funny how it takes so long to pick up on particular student's problems? A couple of small spags. "Sorry. Thank you (for)starting practice."
"Good. I'll ask the girls (to) line up across from you."

Thank you for the catches. I made the corrections.

Isn't it funny? Jimmy Rollins answered the math questions verbally, but because he has a problem reading and writing somehow couldn't put the answers on paper. But verbally he knows the answer, he gets an A. Perhaps dyslexia? Beautifully written dear Barbara, well done, blessings Roy
Typo : Thank you (for) starting practice...2 : one of you knuckle(d) heads.

I have made the corrections. I doubt if it's dyslexia, the extra help through the years would have forced improvement. Thank you for the kind review.

Hello Barb
I enjoyed reading this chapter. I can see that Gabriel is getting
(to me) serious and concerned about Katherine. I liked the part you wrote about one of her students not able to read, but knowing how to answer verbally.

You're developing some good sources of conflict between Katherine and Gabriel, Barbara. This makes the story more real, and interesting. I look forward to seeing it all unfold. Good read.

I still, like this story very much, Barbara. I'm glad that Kathrine retested the boy and found out that his problem is his difficulty to read and write. So Gabriel is as interested as ever. Can't wait to reading on. Ulla:)))

This is interesting. It make sense for Katherine to retest the student orally who knows math. I'm wondering how his English teacher can okay him to play for the game. It looks like Gabriel is standing by Katherine for everything she needs. He is in love with her, so she is lucky. I'm enjoying this story and always looking forward for more.
